A young teenage girl named Kasumi is one of 160 people to be chosen to be in a experiment from a deadly virus, "Medusa". Those 160 people are to be put into capsules for a deep sleep or so into a Cold Sleep Capsule Center (CSCC). But before Kasumi could fall sleep, she couldn't help but remember her twin sister, Shizuku, and their promise to reunite back together. But some time after they were put to sleep, they awaken to witness something terrible that has happened. Will Kasumi keep her promise or let it be broken? This movie is filled with action, horror and a mysterious feeling that will give you a shock, wondering how it all started and how it became.
